SiC whisker strengthened and toughened precursor ceramic-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of additive manufacturing and preparation of ceramic-based composite materials, and particularly relates to a SiC whisker strengthened and toughened precursor ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method thereof, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) preparing an organic silicon precursor, an acrylate monomer and a photoinitiator into precursor photosensitive resin; (2) adding SiC whiskers and a dispersing agent into the precursor photosensitive resin to prepare slurry in which the SiC whiskers are uniformly and stably dispersed; (3) preparing a complex ceramic green body by adopting a photocuring technology; and (4) carrying out pyrolysis treatment on the obtained ceramic green body to obtain the SiC whisker strengthened and toughened precursor ceramic-based composite material. The process is simple, the preparation cost is low, the reinforcing and toughening effects of the precursor ceramic are achieved by adopting the SiC whiskers, the mechanical property of the additive manufacturing precursor ceramic is effectively improved, and the industrial application field of the additive manufacturing precursor ceramic-based composite material is expanded.
本发明属于陶瓷基复合材料的增材制造制备领域,尤其涉及一种SiC晶须强韧化的先驱体陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:(1)将有机硅先驱体、丙烯酸酯单体、光引发剂配制成先驱体光敏树脂;(2)向先驱体光敏树脂中加入SiC晶须及分散剂制得SiC晶须分散均匀且稳定的料浆;(3)采用光固化技术制备复杂陶瓷坯体;(4)将得到的陶瓷坯体热解处理得到SiC晶须强韧化的先驱体陶瓷基复合材料。本发明工艺简单,制备成本低,采用SiC晶须达到先驱体陶瓷的增强增韧效果,有效提升了增材制造先驱体陶瓷的力学性能,拓展了增材制造先驱体陶瓷基复合材料的工业化应用领域。
