The invention relates to a stainless steel slag dry treatment method which comprises the following specific operation steps: performing hot crushing, completing phase change in a dry cooling machine, crushing steel slag through a rod mill, feeding the crushed steel slag into a roller press, extruding the crushed steel slag to form a material cake, feeding the material cake into a winnowing machine through an elevator, and recycling metal in the stainless steel slag through winnowing. First steel slag powder is obtained and sorted through an airflow classifier, sorted coarse powder returns to the roller press to be extruded again, sorted fine powder is fed into the ball mill to be ground, and second steel slag powder is obtained from ground materials; by means of the stainless steel slag dry treatment method, dryness in a workshop is guaranteed, a dust remover is not affected, waste water and slurry are not generated, and meanwhile obtained products comprise metal in the stainless steel slag and second steel slag powder; the second steel slag powder is applied to cement and concrete instead of a gelling material, asphalt concrete instead of stone powder, desulfurization, acid water neutralization and mortar.
