The invention discloses a slag-powder separation method in primary treatment and secondary treatment processes of stainless steel slag. The method is more economical in primary treatment and cooling mode of the stainless steel slag, the water fetching amount is convenient to control by using a slag tray for containing, and a natural cooling and water fetching cooling mode is adopted. According to the secondary treatment production line, the whole production process line does not generate industrial production wastewater, and an industrial wastewater treatment procedure does not need to be set; secondly, the stainless steel slag is treated by a process production line through a dry method, compared with the stainless steel slag treated by a wet method, the obtained stainless steel slag tailing product is low in water content and is more popular with the building material cement market, the low-water-content product does not need to be dried and incinerated subsequently, and the risk that trivalent chromium is converted into hexavalent chromium in a high-temperature environment is reduced; in a secondary treatment production line workshop of the stainless steel slag, a dust extraction point is arranged at a material falling point of a belt conveyor in each working procedure, closed material conveying equipment is used outside the workshop, and a dust removal system is arranged in the loading and selling process.
