According to the method, underwater soft rock bed dredging construction is facilitated, impact force generated by gas phase state change is used for promoting rock crack propagation for rock breaking, the applicability to the environment-friendly requirement of dredging construction is good, and a new thought is provided for soft rock bed dredging.
本发明公开了一种利用气体膨胀破碎软岩的破岩装备及破岩方法,包括船体、气体发生装置和软岩破裂机具,气体发生装置设置于船首甲板下方,气体发生装置通过气体输送通道与软岩破裂机具相连,气体输送通道装设在桥架上,软岩破裂机具设置在桥架下端,桥架用于带动软岩破裂机具移动;软岩破裂机具包括联动系统、岩体破裂系统和气体膨胀系统,联动系统的一侧与桥架可转动连接,联动系统内设置有可上下运动的回转机构,回转机构与岩体破裂系统相连,气体膨胀系统与岩体破裂系统相连。本发明利于水下软岩类底床疏浚施工,利用气体相态改变产生冲击力促使岩石裂纹扩展进行破岩,对疏浚施工环保要求的适用性良好,为软岩床疏浚提供了新思路。
