Novel fabricated concrete member dry type connecting device
The invention relates to a novel assembly type concrete member dry-type connecting device which is composed of concrete members, long screws, a force transmission base plate, thin steel pipes, longitudinal bars and nuts, the upper concrete member and the lower concrete member are in dry-type connection through clamping grooves and welding, the longitudinal bar portions of the upper concrete member are welded to the force transmission base plate, bolt hole channels are formed in the force transmission base plate, and the nuts are connected with the long screws. The hole channel is matched with a long screw rod of the lower concrete member, and the long screw rod and a reinforcement cage in the lower concrete member are welded into a whole to be prefabricated; during installation, the long screws can penetrate through the hole channels, penetrate out of the side face of the upper concrete member through the thin steel pipes and the cushion blocks and are connected through nuts. In this way, grouting and cast-in-place of components are not needed, on-site wet operation is avoided, and the efficiency of on-site assembly construction is improved.
本发明是一种新型装配式混凝土构件干式连接装置,由混凝土构件、长螺杆、传力垫板、细钢管、纵筋和螺母组成,上下部混凝土构件通过卡槽和焊接进行干式连接,上部混凝土构件的纵筋部位通过焊接至传力垫板,传力垫板上有螺栓孔道,孔道与下部混凝土构件的长螺杆匹配,长螺杆与下部混凝土构件内的钢筋笼焊接形成整体进行预制;安装时,长螺杆能穿过孔道,通过细钢管和垫块,从上部混凝土构件的侧面穿出,用螺母连接。这样可使构件不需要灌浆和现浇,避免了现场湿作业,提高了现场装配施工的效率。
