The invention discloses a carbon fiber bar anchorage device pre-tensioning and tensioning integrated system, and belongs to the technical field of pre-stress carbon fiber bars. The system comprises two bases which are parallel to each other; the pre-stressed anchor is arranged between the two mutually parallel bases and is used for connecting the plurality of CFRP ribs in parallel; a first steel block; the two screw rods are parallel to each other; the jack is arranged between the pre-stressed anchor and the first steel block; the second steel block is inserted between the two parallel screw rods and is provided with a first position and a second position; when the second steel block is located at the first position, the jack applies pre-tightening force to the CFRP rib through the second steel block; and when the second steel block is located at the second position, the jack sequentially passes through the first steel block and the screw rod to apply tensioning force to the CFRP rib. The CFRP rib pre-tightening and tensioning device can realize simultaneous pre-tightening and tensioning of a plurality of CFRP ribs, increase the tensioning tonnage and improve the construction efficiency.
