The invention discloses a design scheme that conventional fixed horizontal vehicle-carrying electromechanical equipment is not arranged during combined construction of a high-rise building and an elevator vehicle-carrying type stereo garage. According to the invention, a non-fixed AGV robot device of which the cost performance is far better than that of conventional electromechanical equipment for fixed horizontal vehicle-carrying operation adopted in the prior art can comprehensively replace the conventional electromechanical equipment; as long as one AGV device is placed in each elevator (2), the vehicles (4) conveyed in the vertical direction in the vehicle carrying elevator (2) each time can be transferred and conveyed to the horizontal parking spaces (1) nearby different levels to be parked, and then the vehicles can return to the elevator (2) to wait for a next instruction to run again. In a machine body (6) of the AGV, the vehicle carrying horizontal transportation process is achieved at least jointly through a jacking mechanism capable of enabling the vehicle (4) to move upwards from the bottom of the AGV and wheels (9) enabling the supported vehicle (4) to move in the horizontal direction. The parking problem of at least 30-60 vehicles (4) can be solved through the area occupied by three vehicles (4) in an existing residential area.
