The invention relates to a novel chain centrifugal chambering negative-pressure soil pumping and discharging device for soil layer expanded head anchoring, and solves the problems that an existing expanded head soil anchor is small in chambering diameter and low in anchoring force. The device comprises a protective pipe and a reaming mechanism, a horizontal partition steel plate is arranged in the protective pipe, a pneumatic motor is installed in the middle of the partition steel plate, an output shaft of the pneumatic motor is connected with the floral tube barrel, and the tail end of the pneumatic motor is connected with an air inlet pipe; a push-pull rod is arranged inside the upper part of the tail end of the protective tube; a soil pumping and discharging pipe is arranged on the lower side in the protection pipe; the reaming mechanism is composed of a floral tube barrel, a plurality of toothed chains distributed on the surface of the floral tube barrel and strip-shaped magnets. The chain is connected with the floral tube barrel through a hinge and adsorbed on the outer surface of the floral tube barrel; grooves are formed in the surface of the floral tube barrel, and the long-strip magnets are embedded in the grooves in a close fit mode. The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and for a drill hole with the diameter of 150 mm, the maximum reaming diameter is 850 mm after reaming is completed, so that the diameter of an expanding head is greatly increased, and the anchoring force is improved.
本发明涉及土层扩大头锚固用一种新型链条离心扩孔负压抽排土装置,解决了现有扩大头土锚扩孔直径小、锚固力低这一问题。本发明包括护管和扩孔机构;护管的内部设置有水平分隔钢板,分隔钢板的中部安装有风动马达,风动马达的输出轴与花管筒相连接,风动马达的尾端与进气管相连接;护管的尾端上部内侧设置有推拉杆;护管的内部下侧设置有抽排土管;扩孔机构由花管筒和分布在花管筒表面的多根带齿链条及条状磁铁组成;链条与花管筒铰链连接,链条吸附在花管筒外表面;花管筒表面刻槽,长条磁铁紧配合镶嵌在刻槽内。本发明结构简单、操作方便,对于直径150mm的钻孔,扩孔完成后得到的最大扩孔直径850mm,因此大幅度提高扩大头直径,从而提高锚固力。
