Ultra-long delayed coagulation type underwater non-dispersible concrete admixture and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an ultra-long delayed coagulation type admixture for underwater non-dispersible concrete and a preparation method of the admixture. The admixture is prepared by compounding an HN-02 delayed coagulation component, a CF-02 flocculation component, a water reducing component, an inorganic dispersion component, other components and water. The HN-02 retarding component accounts for 6-10% of the total weight, the CF-02 flocculation component accounts for 12-19% of the total weight, the water reducing component accounts for 38-40% of the total weight, the inorganic dispersing component accounts for 2-5% of the total weight, the other components account for 0.1-0.8% of the total weight, and the balance is water. The HN-02 retarding component is an inorganic and organic composite modified super retarder; and the CF-02 flocculation component is a powdery water-soluble organic high polymer non-dispersing agent. The concrete admixture disclosed by the invention has multiple functions of retarding, flocculating, water reducing and the like, and can prolong the plasticity maintaining and setting time of concrete, improve the dispersion resistance of the concrete and regulate the viscosity of the concrete at the same time.
