The invention relates to a mix proportion design method of a recycled asphalt mixture pavement suitable for a high-temperature rainy region. The mix proportion design method specifically comprises the following steps: drawing up an RAP mixing amount; determining an initial asphalt-aggregate ratio and a regenerant mixing amount; inspecting the performance of the raw materials; determining the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio of the recycled asphalt mixture with different RAP mixing amounts by adopting a Marshall test; performing a French multi-burning test on the recycled asphalt mixture to obtain a water stability index compressive strength ratio; performing a high-temperature creep test on the recycled asphalt mixture with different RAP mixing amounts under the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio to obtain a high-temperature performance index; the final RAP mixing amount is determined according to the compressive strength ratio of the recycled asphalt mixture and the change of the creep index along with the RAP mixing amount; starting from the water stability and the high-temperature performance, the mix proportion of the recycled asphalt mixture is designed, the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio, the optimal regenerant mixing amount and the appropriate RAP mixing amount are determined, the purpose of optimal RAP utilization is achieved, and a new thought is provided for design of the recycled asphalt mixture in the high-temperature rainy region.
