Temporary supporting device for construction of integrally prefabricated composite beam
The invention relates to a temporary supporting device for construction of an integral prefabricated composite beam. An existing supporting device does not have an angle adjustment function and cannot adapt to angle changes of a composite beam. The temporary supporting device comprises a supporting component and a fixed component, a plurality of limiting sleeves are distributed on the lower surface of a horizontal supporting plate at the upper end of the supporting component, and a plurality of through holes corresponding to the limiting sleeves are formed in a bearing plate of the fixed component; the upper surface of each through hole of the bearing plate is provided with an adjusting nut coaxially penetrating through the through hole, the lower end of the bearing plate is provided with a plurality of positioning sleeves corresponding to the through holes, a supporting screw is arranged in each positioning sleeve in a sleeved mode, and each supporting screw penetrates through the adjusting nut at the upper end of the supporting screw and extends into the bottom of the corresponding limiting sleeve. The adjusting nut is rotated to enable the supporting screw to move up and down so as to adjust the horizontal height of the horizontal supporting plate. The angle adjusting device has an angle adjusting function and can meet the overall linear requirement of the composite beam.
本发明涉及一种用于整体预制组合梁施工的临时支承装置。现有的支承装置不具有角度调节,无法适应组合梁的角度变化。本发明的临时支承装置,包括支撑构件和固定式构件,支撑构件上端的水平支撑板的下表面分布设置有多个限位套筒,固定式构件的承载板上开设有多个与限位套筒相对应的通孔,承载板的每个通孔上表面均设置有与其同轴贯通的调节螺母,承载板下端设置有多个与通孔相对应的定位套管,每个定位套管内均套设有支撑螺杆,每个支撑螺杆穿过其上端的调节螺母并伸入对应的限位套筒底部,旋转调节螺母使支撑螺杆上下移动以调节水平支撑板的水平高低。本发明具有角度调节功能,可以满足组合梁的整体线型要求。
