Construction method for reinforcing local slag inclusion defect of cast-in-place concrete pile
The invention relates to a reinforcement treatment construction method for local slag inclusion defects of a cast-in-place concrete pile. The reinforcement treatment construction method comprises the following steps that (1) drilling and core pulling are conducted on the pile defect position; (2) pile core-pulling hole cleaning; (3) deslagging; (4) primary high-pressure jet grouting; (5) secondary trepanning; (6) hole washing and deslagging are conducted again; (7) secondary high-pressure jet grouting; and (9) steel bars are hoisted. The method has the beneficial effects that defect treatment is carried out on the basis of an original pile foundation, pile forming does not need to be carried out again, resource waste is avoided, and the pile treatment cost is reduced. Equipment used in the method is common equipment in normal pile foundation construction, resource investment is reduced, and construction efficiency is improved. Secondary high-pressure rotary jet grouting is adopted to treat the defects, and it can be effectively guaranteed that gaps of local slag inclusion defect parts are filled compactly. And the high-strength shrinkage-free grouting material and the finish-rolled twisted steel are matched for stress, so that the quality of the treated pile body can be effectively guaranteed, and the bearing capacity is improved.
