Inclined pile supporting system
The invention discloses an inclined pile supporting system, which belongs to the technical field of deep foundation pit supporting and comprises vertical piles, inclined piles and a top beam. The inclined pile is composed of a part above a structural bottom plate, a part connected with the structural bottom plate and a part below the structural bottom plate. A prefabricated steel pipe concrete pipe pile or a prefabricated concrete pipe pile partially wrapped with a steel pipe is adopted in the joint part with the structural bottom plate; when thick soft soil exists at the pile end, the lower end of the inclined pile can be inserted into the high-pressure jet grouting pile. The prefabricated steel pipe concrete pipe pile or the prefabricated concrete pipe pile partially wrapped with the steel pipe is adopted at the joint part with the structural bottom plate, so that welding with the water stop steel plate is facilitated; the problem of water seepage at the connecting part of the inclined pile and the bottom plate is effectively solved by filling the micro-expansive concrete in the tubular pile penetrating through the bottom plate; in addition, the high-pressure jet grouting piles are arranged at the ends of the inclined piles, the bearing capacity of the inclined piles can be effectively improved, and therefore the distance between the inclined piles can be increased, earth excavation is facilitated, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种斜桩支护体系,属于深基坑支护技术领域,包括竖向桩、斜向桩和冠梁;斜向桩由结构底板以上部分、与结构底板交接部分及结构底板以下三部分组成;与结构底板交接部分采用预制钢管混凝土管桩或局部外包钢管的预制混凝土管桩;当桩端存在较厚软弱土时,可将斜向桩下端插入高压旋喷桩内。本发明通过在与结构底板交接部分采用预制钢管混凝土管桩或局部外包钢管的预制混凝土管桩,便于与止水钢板的焊接;通过在穿底板部位的管桩内部填芯微膨胀混凝土,有效解决了斜桩与底板连接部位的渗水问题;另外通过在斜向桩端部设置高压旋喷桩,可有效提高斜桩承载力,从而可实现增大斜桩间距,便于土方开挖,并节省造价。
