Bridge squeezed branch pile disc body quality detection method and device
The invention discloses a quality detection method and device for a bridge squeezed branch pile disc body, and the device comprises a positioning platform which is connected with a positioning column and is used for positioning a drilling position; wherein the positioning column is hollow, and the two ends of the positioning column are communicated with the outside, so that a core drilling machine drill bit can pass through the positioning column for drilling and sampling. Core drilling sampling and core sample quality detection can be carried out on the pile foundation main body and the disc body through the positioning columns on the positioning platform; and after sampling is completed, a sounding pipe is installed at the sampling position, and an ultrasonic detector is used for checking the pile foundation body and the disc body. The positioning device is installed in advance to position the position where the sounding pipe needs to be installed during traditional ultrasonic detection, core drilling sampling is conducted firstly to obtain a concrete sample, then the sounding pipe is installed for ultrasonic detection, a core drilling detection method and an ultrasonic detection method are combined, one hole has two purposes, and the detection efficiency is improved. The performance of a concrete entity can be directly detected, and the distribution condition of the concrete in a soil body can be indirectly detected.
本发明公开了一种桥梁挤扩支盘桩盘体质量检测方法及其装置,包括定位平台,所述定位平台上连接有定位柱,用以对钻孔位置进行定位;其中,所述定位柱内部中空,且两端与外界连通,用以使取芯机钻头通过进行钻孔取样。通过定位平台上的定位柱可对桩基主体和盘体分别进行钻芯取样和芯样质量检测;取样完成后在取样处安装声测管,用超声波检测仪对桩基主体及盘体进行检查。本发明通过预先安装定位装置对传统超声波检测时需要安装声测管的位置进行定位,先进行钻芯取样取得混凝土试样,再安装声测管进行超声波检测,将钻芯检测法和超声波检测法相结合,一孔双用,既能对混凝土实体性能进行直接检测又可以对混凝土在土体内的分布情况进行间接检测。
