The invention discloses a quality detection device for a disc body of a bridge extruded branch pile. A detection platform is located at the top of the extruded branch pile; a plurality of first sounding pipes are arranged, one end of each first sounding pipe vertically penetrates through the detection platform and is located in the reinforcement cage, and the end part is sealed; the number of the positioning pipes is consistent with that of the first sounding pipes, the positioning pipes are vertically arranged at the edge position of the detection platform, and each first sounding pipe is correspondingly provided with one positioning pipe; the positioning pipe is used for vertically drilling downwards to form a sounding channel; the multiple second sounding pipes can be vertically inserted into the sounding channel, and the disc body of the squeezing and expanding branch disc pile is located in the space formed by the first sounding pipes and the second sounding pipes. The transmitting transducer and the receiving transducer can synchronously move in the first sounding pipe and the second sounding pipe along the pipe diameter direction respectively; and in the moving process, the transmitting end of the transmitting transducer and the receiving end of the receiving transducer are oppositely arranged so as to detect the appearance shape of the disc body of the squeezing and expanding branch disc pile.
