The invention discloses a method for removing marine attachments in a nuclear power water intake tunnel, which is characterized in that a millstone wheel is used as a cleaning tool for removing the marine attachments, a propeller is used as a power device and a camera for underwater walking of a cleaning machine, and a laser scanner is used as an image device. The underwater cleaning machine is placed into a tunnel from a middle well, a propeller power device is started to control the advancing speed of the machine, the machine moves forwards to a target well, the marine organism attachment position is obtained through an imaging device, and after the marine organism attachment position is reached, telescopic hydraulic feet are opened to fix the machine; and the underwater cleaning machine is connected with a computer arranged outside the water intake tunnel through a control chip, so that the underwater cleaning machine can directionally remove the marine attachments in the water intake tunnel. Compared with the prior art, the cleaning device is simple in structure, convenient to use, high in cleaning efficiency and low in manufacturing cost and has a certain application prospect.
本发明公开了一种去除核电取水隧洞海生附着物的方法,其特点是该方法采用磨石轮为去除海生附着物的清理刀具与螺旋桨为清理机器水下行走的动力装置和摄像头、激光扫描仪为影像装置,将其集成在钢结构的框架上为水下清理机器,机器从中间井放入隧洞,开启螺旋桨动力装置控制机器前进速度,使机器向前至目标井方向运动,通过影像装置得到海生物附着位置,达到位置后打开可伸缩液压脚固定机器,并开启电动动磨石轮去除贝类海生物附着,所述水下清理机器采用控制芯片与设置在取水隧洞外部的计算机连接,实现水下清理机器定向去除取水隧洞的海生附着物。本发明与现有技术相比具有结构简单,使用方便,清洗效率高,制作成本低,具有一定的应用前景。
