本发明提出一种混凝土承插管的自动化安装装置及方法，包括施工车和管道托运车，施工车的车厢内设有综合动力箱，车厢顶部设有管道吊运机构，车厢底板前侧设有施工口，车厢前侧设有管道对接机构，与施工口的位置相对应，车厢底板后侧设有操作台，对应操作台及施工口的位置分别设有可拆装的步梯，综合动力箱为管道吊运机构及管道对接机构提供动力支持，管道托运车上运载待安装的混凝土承插管，跟随施工车行进，本发明提高混凝土承插管的吊运安装的自动化程度，精准定位，全方位防护，保证混凝土承插管的精准对接。
