The invention relates to an attached lifting scaffold and a construction method thereof.The structure is used for construction of a building structure with a cantilever layer and a contraction layer, the attached lifting scaffold comprises a truss body, a climbing frame body and a lifting mechanism, the truss body is correspondingly installed on the outer vertical face of the contraction layer, and the outer vertical face of the truss body is aligned with the cantilever layer; the truss frame body is provided with a first climbing guide rail arranged in the longitudinal direction, and a first wall-attached support matched with the first climbing guide rail is installed on the outer vertical face of the contraction layer. The climbing frame body is installed on the outer vertical face of the truss frame body. A second climbing guide rail is arranged on the climbing frame body in the longitudinal direction, and a second wall-attached support matched with the second climbing guide rail is installed on the outer vertical face of the truss frame body and the outer vertical face of the overhanging layer; the lifting mechanism is used for controlling the first climbing guide rail to slide relatively along the first wall-attached support or controlling the second climbing guide rail to slide relatively along the second wall-attached support.
