The invention discloses a modular construction method for a U-shaped wall reinforcement cage. The modular construction method comprises the following steps that (1) reinforcing steel bars are bound on a prefabricated tool to form the U-shaped wall reinforcement cage; (2) the reinforcement cage is hoisted to the site reserved reinforcement position through a hoisting tool; (3) vertical steel bars at the bottom of the reinforcement cage are connected with on-site reserved steel bars through taper sleeves; the device comprises a prefabricated positioning base and a steel reinforcement framework; the prefabricated positioning base comprises a channel steel frame, a plurality of positioning steel sleeves used for inserting and fixing vertical steel bars are arranged on the channel steel frame, and the steel bar framework comprises a vertical framework vertically arranged on the prefabricated positioning base; and the transverse framework is vertically mounted on the vertical framework. According to the construction method, the whole wall body can be prefabricated into the reinforcement cage module, the reinforcement binding work is transferred to the ground for prefabrication in advance, connection with the reinforcement reserved on site is achieved through the taper sleeve, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved; and meanwhile, by means of the specially-made prefabricating tool, it can be guaranteed that the manufactured reinforcement cage can be accurately in butt joint with the reinforcing steel bars reserved on site.
本发明公开了一种U型墙体钢筋笼模块化施工方法,步骤如下:1)将钢筋在预制工装上绑扎形成U型墙体钢筋笼;2)利用吊装工装将钢筋笼吊装至现场预留钢筋处;3)将钢筋笼底部竖向钢筋与现场预留钢筋通过锥套连接;所述包括预制定位底座和钢筋骨架;预制定位底座包括槽钢架,槽钢架上设置有多个用于插入并固定竖向钢筋的定位钢套管,钢筋骨架包括垂直设在预制定位底座的竖向骨架;横向骨架垂直安装在竖向骨架上。本发明施工方法,能够将墙体整体预制成钢筋笼模块,将钢筋绑扎的工作转移到地面提前预制,通过锥套实现与现场预留钢筋的连接,大大提高了施工效率;同时通过特制的预制工装,能够保证制得的钢筋笼能够与现场预留钢筋精准对接。
