The modularized general speed railway trackside signal equipment assembling type maintenance operation platform is simple, practical and capable of being repeatedly disassembled and assembled, special wedge opening type 3-modulus reinforced concrete prefabricated unit blocks are designed according to different signal equipment beside a line, and the reinforced concrete prefabricated unit blocks are connected into a whole through L-shaped galvanized section steel and galvanized bolts to form an integrated platform. The operation platform is composed of three groups of 12 kinds of reinforced concrete unit blocks, the group I is a facade unit block and comprises two standard facades and two facade corners, and the group II is a facade unit block and comprises two standard facades and two facade corners. The group II is an auxiliary facade unit block and comprises two standard auxiliary facades and two auxiliary facade corners; the group III is a plane unit block and comprises a standard plane, a standard auxiliary plane and two plane corners; each reinforced concrete unit block is provided with a plurality of drainage holes which are through inside and outside and two through long circular bolt reserved holes in the vertical direction, and different reinforced concrete unit blocks are meshed in a wedge opening mode.
本发明提供了一种简单、实用,可重复拆装的模块化普速铁路轨旁信号设备拼装式维护作业平台,根据线路轨旁不同的信号设备,设计成专有楔口式的3模数的钢筋混凝土预制单元块,并用L型镀锌型钢和镀锌螺栓连接成一体,形成一体化平台。所述作业平台由三组共计12种钢筋混凝土单元块组成,其中:组Ⅰ为立面单元块,包括2个标准立面、2个立面转角;组Ⅱ为辅助立面单元块,包括2个标准辅助立面、2个辅助立面转角;组Ⅲ为平面单元块,包括1个标准平面、1个标准辅助平面、2个平面转角;每个钢筋混凝土单元块沿着垂直方向设置若干个内外通透的泄水孔和2个通透的长圆形螺栓预留孔洞,不同的钢筋混凝土单元块之间通过楔口式咬合。
