The lightweight concrete is prepared by using the glass beads, the coarse lightweight aggregate and the waste hard plastic particles, meanwhile, a high-strength mortar system of the cement, the mineral admixture, the quartz sand and the glass beads is prepared by using a close packing theory, and the lightweight, high-strength and low-shrinkage concrete is prepared by using an optimized construction process.
