Lightweight low-shrinkage high-performance concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and particularly discloses light low-shrinkage high-performance concrete and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight low-shrinkage high-performance concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 900 to 1100 parts of cement, 320 to 360 parts of lightweight aggregate, 240 to 280 parts of mineral admixture, 3 to 8 parts of conditioning agent, 10 to 15 parts of retarder, 5 to 9 parts of water reducing agent and 300 to 360 parts of water, the lightweight aggregate is formed by mixing ceramsite with the particle size of 2-5mm, ceramsite with the particle size of 8-12mm and expanded perlite with the particle size of 1-3mm; the mineral admixture is formed by mixing slag powder, fly ash and silica fume; the regulator is formed by mixing hydroxyethyl cellulose and biological glue according to the weight ratio of 9: (0.4-1.2). By utilizing the technical scheme provided by the invention, the prepared concrete has the advantages of light weight, low shrinkage, high compressive strength and excellent aging resistance.
