The invention provides a cable sling tower hoisting construction method which comprises the following steps that S1, a cable tower is manufactured, the cable tower is of a double-limb portal frame type structure, a concrete bearing platform is independently arranged behind work to serve as a cable tower foundation, each limb column is a latticed column formed by combining a plurality of steel pipes through horizontal and oblique lacing bars made of I-steel, and the steel pipes are connected with the latticed columns; the cable bent tower is vertically divided into a plurality of cable bent tower sections, and the plurality of cable bent tower sections are hoisted by a truck crane; s2, after hoisting is completed, the two adjacent cable bent tower sections are in field bolt connection through flange plates; and S3, cable cranes are installed on the cast cable towers on the two banks, and at least two sets of cable cranes are arranged. According to the method, the cable bent tower components are assembled into the standard knot on site and then are integrally hoisted by adopting the truck crane, so that the control on the line shape is ensured, the influence on the main body line shape is reduced, the construction difficulty is reduced, and meanwhile, the construction efficiency is also ensured.
