The telescopic assembly is fixedly arranged between the two lifting seat assemblies, the lower end of the position adjusting assembly is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the telescopic assembly, the upper end of the position adjusting assembly is connected with the binding assembly through a spring, and the binding assembly is connected with the upper end of the lifting belt through a hook-and-loop fastener. The device is convenient for site construction, and the box girder hoisting safety and the construction efficiency can be improved.
