Superposed structure of underground diaphragm wall and lining wall and construction method thereof
A laminated structure of an underground diaphragm wall and a lining wall comprises the underground diaphragm wall and the lining wall, a reinforcement cage is provided with a plurality of ground wall tie bars, a plurality of transverse grooves and a plurality of vertical grooves which are communicated with one another are formed in the connecting face of the underground diaphragm wall, and the joints of the transverse grooves and the vertical grooves correspond to the ground wall tie bars in a one-to-one mode. A plurality of transverse bosses and vertical bosses which are communicated with each other are formed on the connecting face of the lining wall, the transverse bosses and the vertical bosses are combined with the transverse grooves and the vertical grooves in a one-to-one correspondence mode respectively, a plurality of lining wall tie bars are arranged in the lining wall, and through holes are formed in the connecting positions of the transverse bosses and the vertical bosses. One ends of the ground wall tie bars penetrate through the through holes and then are connected with the lining wall tie bars in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the connecting face of the lining wall is combined with the connecting face of the underground diaphragm wall. According to the design, the underground diaphragm wall and the lining wall are overlapped in a mortise and tenon joint matching mode, the overall stress and deformation coordination capacity is greatly improved, the structure is stable, reliability is high, and the waterproof performance is good.
一种地下连续墙与内衬墙的叠合结构,包括地下连续墙和内衬墙,钢筋笼设置有若干地墙拉筋,地下连续墙的连接面开设有若干互相贯通的横向槽和若干竖向槽,若干横向槽与竖向槽的交接处与若干地墙拉筋一一对应布置,内衬墙的连接面形成有若干互相连通的横向凸台和竖向凸台,横向凸台、竖向凸台分别与横向槽、竖向槽一一对应互相结合,内衬墙内设置有若干内衬墙拉筋,横向凸台和竖向凸台的交接处开设有通孔,地墙拉筋的一端穿过通孔后与内衬墙拉筋一一对应连接,内衬墙的连接面与地下连续墙的连接面互相结合。本设计通过榫卯配合的方式将地连墙和内衬墙进行叠合,整体受力和变形协调能力大大增强,结构稳定、可靠性高、防水性能较好。
