The invention relates to a mounting method for butt joint of inclined steel columns. Comprising the steps that before construction hoisting, an inclined temporary support is arranged, specifically, an upper-section steel column correction lug plate, a lower-section steel column correction lug plate and supporting legs for fixing the lug plates are welded, and a positioning clamping plate is arranged at a butt joint opening of the lower-section steel column; installing an inclined upper section steel column, slowly hoisting the inclined upper section steel column, enabling the inclined upper section steel column and the positioning clamping plate of the lower section steel column to be clung to each other for falling, and temporarily fixing the steel columns at the two ends through the steel column butt joint fixing clamping plates after falling; and the inclined upper section steel column is corrected through the steel column inclined back chain block. According to the method, the use number of temporary supports is reduced, the problem that large-area temporary support arrangement cannot be carried out due to a narrow site is solved, manpower consumed by temporary support arrangement is reduced, and rapid installation of the inclined steel column is achieved; meanwhile, the accuracy of the position of the inclined steel column and the inclination angle is guaranteed through correction technical measures such as temporary fixing of the clamping plate and the chain block.
本发明是一种用于倾斜钢柱对接的安装方法;包括施工吊装前,设置倾斜的临时支撑:焊接上段钢柱校正用耳板和下段钢柱校正用耳板及固定耳板的支撑脚,在下段钢柱的对接口设置定位卡板;安装倾斜上段钢柱,将倾斜上段钢柱缓慢起吊,将倾斜上段钢柱与下段钢柱的定位卡板贴紧落位,落位后通过钢柱对接固定夹板将两端钢柱临时固定;通过钢柱倾斜背面手拉葫芦校正倾斜上段钢柱。本方法减少了临时支撑的使用数量,解决了因场地狭小无法进行大面积临时支撑布置的困难,减少了布置临时支撑所消耗的人工,实现了倾斜钢柱的快速安装;同时,通过临时固定夹板和手拉葫芦等校正技术措施,保证倾斜钢柱的位置及倾斜的角度的准确性。
