The invention relates to the technical field of ultra-low energy consumption buildings, in particular to a composite shear wallboard and a preparation method thereof.The composite shear wallboard comprises a sandwich heat preservation layer, an outer page layer and an inner page layer, the sandwich heat preservation layer comprises a vacuum heat insulation layer and a polyurethane layer, and the polyurethane layer wraps the outer surface of the vacuum heat insulation layer; the vacuum heat insulation layer is formed by splicing a plurality of vacuum heat insulation plates. Holes are formed among the multiple vacuum heat insulation plates. According to the sandwich heat preservation layer of the composite shear wall plate, the outer surface of the vacuum heat insulation layer is wrapped with the polyurethane layer, the inner vacuum heat insulation plate can be effectively protected against damage, the heat transfer coefficient of the heat preservation plate can be reduced, and meanwhile the heat preservation performance of the composite shear wall plate is improved by adjusting the thickness of the polyurethane layer and the thickness of the vacuum heat insulation plate. The heat transfer coefficient requirement under different use conditions can be met, the thickness of the sandwich heat preservation layer can be greatly reduced, and application of different shear wall systems is met.
本发明涉及超低能耗建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合剪力墙板及其制备方法,复合剪力墙板包括包括夹心保温层、外页层和内页层,夹心保温层包括一层真空绝热层和聚氨酯层,聚氨酯层包裹于真空绝热层的外表面,真空绝热层是由多块真空绝热板拼接而成。多块真空绝热板之间形成有孔洞。本发明的复合剪力墙板的夹心保温层通过将聚氨酯层包裹于真空绝热层的外表面,既可以有效保护内部真空绝热板不破损,又能降低保温板材的传热系数,同时通过调整聚氨酯层和真空绝热板的厚度,可以实现不同使用条件下的传热系数要求,可大大减少夹心保温层厚度,满足不同剪力墙体系的应用。
