The composite shear wallboard comprises a sandwich heat preservation layer, an outer page layer and an inner page layer, the sandwich heat preservation layer comprises a vacuum heat insulation layer and a first polyurethane layer, the vacuum heat insulation layer comprises a first vacuum heat insulation layer and a second vacuum heat insulation layer, and the first vacuum heat insulation layer and the second vacuum heat insulation layer are overlapped in the thickness direction of the composite shear wallboard; a first hole and a second hole are respectively formed in the first vacuum heat insulation layer and the second vacuum heat insulation layer along the thickness direction of the vacuum heat insulation layer, and the first hole is aligned with the second hole; the first polyurethane layer wraps the outer surface of the vacuum heat insulation layer. According to the sandwich heat preservation layer of the composite shear wall plate, the outer surface of the vacuum heat insulation layer is wrapped with the first polyurethane layer, the inner vacuum heat insulation layer can be effectively protected against damage, and the heat transfer coefficient of the sandwich heat preservation layer can be reduced.
