The device has the advantages that the structure is reasonable, the axial size is reduced, and the device is more suitable for arrangement and use of ship toilets with limited space; 2, through the sealing assembly, the toilet bowl can be sealed except for normal working pressure, the special pressure-bearing requirement of the ship toilet bowl is met, the sealing surface is designed inside instead of being traditionally designed in the axial direction of the pipeline, and the axial space of the device is effectively reduced; and 3, the driving device adopts a double-cylinder air cylinder driving mode and a manual driving mode, so that the reliability is effectively improved.
