The invention discloses a cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material which comprises cement as a main material and silicon dioxide, rho aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium sulfonate, cellulose ether, high-molecular water-absorbent resin, filler, a crystal precipitator, a crystal growth agent, a surfactant, an accelerator and a retarder as auxiliary materials. According to the cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material and the preparation method thereof, the anti-permeability performance of the cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof material on a concrete test block is improved by changing the proportion of the filler to the high-molecular water-absorbent resin or changing the parts of the raw materials, and the waterproof material prepared according to the first comparison embodiment of multiple embodiments is optimal and has the advantages of being good in waterproof performance and good in waterproof performance.
