The invention discloses a novel connecting structure of a wire wheel cover and a guide rail, which is applied to a glass lifter and is characterized in that the wire wheel cover (1) is fixedly connected with the guide rail (2); a riveting flange (4) is arranged on the guide rail (2); a riveting hole (8) is formed in the wire wheel cover (1); and the riveting turnup (4) is connected with the riveting hole (8) in a riveting manner. The invention further discloses a riveting method of the connecting structure. By adopting the technical scheme, compared with a matching structure in the prior art, the use of three bolts is reduced, and the advantage of reducing the cost is achieved; meanwhile, the automation degree is greatly improved, the bolt assembling time is shortened, and the machining and stamping efficiency is high; the connecting strength is greatly improved, and loosening and falling are avoided in the using process.
本发明公开了一种新型丝轮盖与导轨连接结构,应用于玻璃升降器,所述的丝轮盖(1)与导轨(2)紧固连接;所述的导轨(2)上设置铆接翻边(4);所述的丝轮盖(1)上设置铆接孔(8);所述的铆接翻边(4)与铆接孔(8)通过铆接连接。本发明还公开了该连接结构的铆接方法。采用上述技术方案,相较于传现有技术的配合结构,减少三个螺栓的使用,具有降低成本的优势;同时,自动化程度大大提高,减少螺栓装配的时间,加工冲压效率高;连接的强度大大提高,使用过程中不会松动、脱落。
