The branch pipe adopts the structure, the mold is simple in structure, demolding of the mold and the subpart shell is convenient, the requirement for manufacturing the branch pipe with the large pipe diameter and the long length is met, and therefore manufacturing of the steel structure joint is convenient.
本发明公开了一种钢结构节点的施工方法及钢结构,包括如下步骤:S100准备两个第一金属板件;S200将两个第一金属板件压制成具有马鞍轮廓的子部壳体;S300两个子部壳体焊接至一起,并均与主管焊接连接,其中,两个子部壳体形成支管。支管采用上述结构,模具结构简单,并且模具与子部壳体脱模较方便,满足制造管径较大,长度较长的支管,从而便于钢结构节点的制造。
