The first baffle is connected with the end of the orifice pipe, so that the pile foundation is limited in the orifice pipe, the first baffle forms a first safety guarantee for the pile foundation, the second baffle is connected with the pipe piece, the orifice pipe and the pile foundation are limited in the pipe piece, a second safety guarantee is formed for the pile foundation, and therefore stable connection of the pile foundation and the pipe piece in micro pile reinforcing construction is achieved.
