The invention provides a monitoring and joint calling method for coal mine underground reservoirs, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a plurality of coal mine underground reservoirs to be communicated with one another to form a coal mine underground reservoir group, and obtaining the basic data of each coal mine underground reservoir; according to the basic data of each coal mine underground reservoir, a monitoring point of each coal mine underground reservoir is determined, calling parameters of each coal mine underground reservoir are obtained according to the monitoring points, and the calling parameters comprise a water level parameter, a dam body parameter and a water quality parameter; and comparing the obtained calling parameter of each coal mine underground reservoir with an early warning threshold value of each coal mine underground reservoir, and calling water in the coal mine underground reservoirs among the plurality of coal mine underground reservoirs according to a comparison result. Through the technical scheme provided by the invention, the problem that the drainage path of the underground reservoir is limited in the related technology can be solved.
