By means of the mode, the working condition stability of the fibrous spraying thermal insulation material on the surface of a construction wall can be effectively enhanced, meanwhile, the stability of the fibrous spraying thermal insulation material in all stress directions is greatly enhanced, and the application range of the fibrous spraying thermal insulation material is widened.
