The invention relates to a formwork erecting and ramming device for rammed earth wall construction and a using method thereof.The device comprises a mold body, a vibrating mechanism is installed in the mold body, the mold body comprises two side plates, two supporting and limiting plates and two end baffles, the two side plates are arranged on a plane in parallel, and the two end baffles are arranged on the side plates; the two supporting limiting plates are fixed to the left end and the right end of the side plate correspondingly. The left end and the right end of each side plate are each provided with a sliding groove formed in the longitudinal direction, and the left end and the right end of the end baffle are limited in the sliding grooves respectively and can longitudinally move along the sliding grooves. A receding door opening is formed in the lower portion of the supporting limiting plate, and the end baffle can ascend to the position above the receding door opening. And the vibrating mechanism is used for tamping the soil material in the mold body. The device provided by the invention does not need to be disassembled, and can realize rapid formwork erecting; the end baffles at the two ends can be contracted and are suitable for rammed earth construction of the wall ends; and the vibrator is arranged in the mold body, so that tamping of the soil material can be completed. The ramming efficiency of the rammed earth wall is improved, and the labor cost is saved.
本发明涉及一种用于夯土墙施工的支模夯筑装置及其使用方法,该装置包括模具本体,模具本体内安装有振捣机构,模具本体包括两块侧板,两块支撑限位板以及两块端头挡板,两块侧板平行设立于平面上,两块支撑限位板分别固定于侧板的左右两端;每块侧板的左右两端均设有沿纵向设置的滑槽,端头挡板的左右两端分别限位于滑槽内,并能够沿滑槽纵向移动;支撑限位板的下部设有让位门洞,端头挡板能够上升至让位门洞的上方;振捣机构用于夯实模具本体内部的土料。本发明提供的装置无需拆卸,可实现快速支模;两端的端头挡板可收缩,适用墙端头的夯土施工;模具本体内设有振捣器,能够完成土料的夯实。本发明提高了夯土墙的夯筑效率,节约了人力成本。
