Construction method for formwork erecting and ramming of rammed earth building
The invention relates to a construction method for formwork erecting and ramming of a rammed earth building, which comprises the following steps of: 1, placing molds at a construction position, sequentially butting formwork bodies in the molds to form a closed mold system, mounting telescopic rotating pins on the formwork bodies, and extending the rotating pins into the mold system; 2, dumping the soil material; 3, a three-degree-of-freedom vibrating mechanism is used for ramming the soil material; 4, after the wall body with the elevation of the formwork body is rammed, the three-degree-of-freedom vibrating mechanism is supported on the upper surface of the rammed wall body, the rotating pin is disengaged from the interior of the wall body, and separation of the formwork body and the wall body is completed; 5, the mold is made to climb upwards to the elevation of the next layer through vertical movement of the three-degree-of-freedom vibrating mechanism; sixthly, the second step to the fifth step are repeated till building of the whole wall is completed; and 7, the mold is dismantled, the roof is erected, and the auxiliary holes in the wall body are filled. The method is high in construction efficiency, good in quality, convenient to operate and low in labor intensity of workers.
本发明涉及一种用于夯土建筑支模与夯筑的施工方法,步骤1:在施工位置放置模具,各模具中的模板本体依次对接形成封闭的模具体系,模板本体上安装有可伸缩的旋转销,将旋转销伸入模具体系内部;步骤2:倾倒土料;步骤3:利用三自由度振捣机构对土料进行夯筑;步骤4:模板本体标高的墙体夯筑完成后,三自由度振捣机构支撑于夯筑完成的墙体的上表面,将旋转销从墙体内脱出,并完成模板本体与墙体的脱离;步骤5:利用三自由度振捣机构的垂向移动将模具向上爬升至下一层标高处;步骤6:重复步骤2至5,直至完成整面墙体的砌筑;步骤7:拆除模具,架设屋顶,并填补墙体上的工艺孔。上述方法施工效率高、质量好,操作便捷,人员劳动强度低。
