The use method comprises the following steps: weighing 1 part by weight of the external veneering type wall footing waterproof interface treating agent, 22-30 parts by weight of the aqueous solution additive, 0.02 part by weight of water lime and 0.25 part by weight of water, putting the materials into a stirring container with a stirring paddle, and uniformly stirring to obtain an external veneering type whitewashing material for whitewashing, and the aqueous solution additive is filtered calcium hydroxide with the water content of 16-23%.
