Ultra-light composite beam bridge and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an ultra-light composite beam bridge which comprises a bridge deck structure, a profiled steel sheet, a reinforcing mesh, a handrail, an anchoring structure, a steel beam and a shear-resistant stud structure. The bridge deck structure comprises a UHPC layer and an asphalt concrete pavement layer. The profiled steel sheet is arranged below the bridge deck structure; the reinforcing mesh comprises an upper-layer reinforcing mesh and a lower-layer reinforcing mesh; the handrail and anchoring structure comprises an anti-collision handrail, a connecting steel plate and an embedded anchor bolt; the embedded anchor bolts are respectively connected with the connecting steel plate and the lower-layer reinforcing mesh; the steel beam and shear-resistant toggle pin structure comprises a transverse steel beam, a longitudinal steel beam and shear-resistant toggle pins. The transverse steel beams are connected with the longitudinal steel beams; the tops of the transverse steel beams and the longitudinal steel beams are connected with the profiled steel sheet through the shear-resistant studs. The invention further provides a construction method of the ultra-light composite beam bridge. In the construction process, the bridge deck slab does not need to be poured through a formwork, construction procedures are saved, stiffening ribs and transverse supports do not need to be additionally arranged at the lower steel beam web, and the rigidity requirement of the lower steel beam web of the composite beam bridge can be met.
