The invention relates to a construction method for closing an open caisson after groove reserving of a transversely-penetrating pipeline. The construction method comprises the steps of existing pipeline suspension protection, excavation construction of a shallow working pit, waterproof curtain construction, cast-in-place construction of a blade foot, symmetrical hoisting and lowering construction of well walls on the two sides of the transversely-penetrating pipeline and concrete bottom sealing construction. The prefabricated open caisson has the beneficial effects that the practical problem that an existing prefabricated open caisson cannot transversely penetrate through the underground existing pipeline is solved through the combined measures of overall cast-in-place of the blade feet below the existing pipeline, split prefabrication of the well wall, symmetrical hoisting with the existing pipeline as the axis, pouring sealing after the notch and water stop protection; the closed notch is gradually closed along with the lower part of the open caisson unit, so that the exposure time of the notch in each section is effectively shortened; and the workload of slope excavation and supporting is reduced, and the working efficiency of open caisson construction is improved.
本发明涉及一种横穿管线留槽后封闭沉井施工方法,包括步骤:既有管线悬吊保护、浅部工作坑的开挖施工、止水帷幕施工、刃脚的现浇施工、横穿管线两侧井壁的对称吊装下放施工和混凝土封底施工。本发明的有益效果是:通过在既有管线下方进行刃脚的整体现浇、井壁分体预制并以既有管线为轴线对称吊放、槽口后浇筑封闭以及止水防护的组合措施,解决了当前预制沉井无法横穿地下既有管线的现实问题;封闭槽口随着沉井单元的下方逐步封闭施工,有效缩短了每一节段中槽口的暴露时间;减小了边坡开挖与支护的工作量,还提升了沉井施工的工效。
