The fabricated shear wall horizontal connecting device comprises an upper shear wall and a lower shear wall which are vertically opposite to each other, the opposite faces of the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall are each provided with an upper connecting column and a lower connecting column, the upper connecting columns and the lower connecting columns are provided with sheet-shaped protrusions, and the center faces of the upper connecting columns and the center faces of the lower connecting columns are parallel to the surface of the upper shear wall or the surface of the lower shear wall; a connecting steel frame is arranged between the upper connecting column and the lower connecting column, connecting grooves corresponding to the upper connecting column and the lower connecting column are formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of the connecting steel frame, and meanwhile fixing holes which correspond to one another and penetrate through the connecting steel frame, the upper connecting column and the lower connecting column are formed in the surfaces of the connecting steel frame, the upper connecting column and the lower connecting column. The upper connecting columns and the lower connecting columns are plugged into the connecting grooves of the connecting steel frame, fixing bolts are inserted into the fixing holes to be fixed and welded, and therefore installation and connection of the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall are completed. The upper shear wall and the lower shear wall are connected through the connecting steel frame in a bolt welding mode, and working hours are reduced.
本发明公开了一种装配式剪力墙水平连接装置,包括上下相对的上剪力墙和下剪力墙,所述上剪力墙和所述下剪力墙的相对面均设有呈片状凸出,且中心面平行于所述上剪力墙或所述下剪力墙表面的上连接柱和下连接柱;所述上连接柱以及所述下连接柱之间设有连接钢架,所述连接钢架上下表面设有对应所述上连接柱和所述下连接柱的连接槽,同时,所述连接钢架和所述上连接柱和所述下连接柱表面开设有相互对应且贯穿三者的固定孔;通过将所述上连接柱和所述下连接柱塞入所述连接钢架的连接槽中,并在所述固定孔中插入固定栓固定并焊死,从而完成所述上剪力墙和所述下剪力墙的安装连接。本发明采用螺栓焊死的方式借助连接钢架连接上下剪力墙,减少了工时。
