The invention relates to a fabricated shear wall horizontal connecting structure which comprises an upper-layer prefabricated concrete wall, a lower-layer prefabricated concrete wall and a groove-shaped steel plate, a vertically-placed upper-layer embedded steel plate is embedded in the lower portion of the upper-layer prefabricated concrete wall, and a vertically-placed lower-layer embedded steel plate is embedded in the top of the lower-layer prefabricated concrete wall. Wherein one part of the upper-layer embedded steel plate extends out of the upper-layer prefabricated concrete wall, and one part of the lower-layer embedded steel plate extends out of the lower-layer prefabricated concrete wall; the parts, extending outside, of the upper-layer pre-embedded steel plate and the lower-layer pre-embedded steel plate are arranged in parallel in an attached mode, and groove-shaped steel plates are arranged on the two sides and connected through high-strength bolts. The steel plates are used for replacing part of reinforcing steel bars, part of the steel plates are pre-buried in the concrete wall, the other parts of the steel plates stretch out, then connection is conducted through the groove-shaped steel plates and the high-strength bolts, construction is convenient and fast, the construction period is short, the manufacturing cost is saved, economic benefits are achieved, and meanwhile integrity is good.
本发明涉及一种装配式剪力墙水平连接结构,包括上层预制混凝土墙、下层预制混凝土墙和槽型钢板,上层预制混凝土墙下部预埋有一块竖直放置的上层预埋钢板,下层预制混凝土墙顶部预埋有一块竖直放置的下层预埋钢板,其中上层预埋钢板一部分伸出上层预制混凝土墙外,下层预埋钢板一部分伸出下层预制混凝土墙外;上层预埋钢板和下层预埋钢板伸出在外部的部分并列贴合放置,两侧设置槽型钢板,通过高强螺栓实现连接。本发明利用钢板代替一部分钢筋,使得钢板一部分预埋在混凝土墙内,其余部分伸出,再通过槽形钢板和高强螺栓进行连接,施工便捷、工期短、节省造价,具有经济效益的同时整体性好。
