When a turn buckle is installed on the outer portion of the full-welded hanging lug, an installation auxiliary part is connected to the outer portion of the full-welded hanging lug in a clamped mode, the installation auxiliary part is connected to the top of the second I-shaped steel in a clamped mode, a positioning hole is aligned with a connecting hole of the full-welded hanging lug, and after a nut is arranged on the top face of an abutting plate, the abutting plate is pushed to the position below a screw rod; after the push rod is pushed, the clamping plate is driven to clamp the outside of the nut, the screw is rotated through the electric drill to complete primary fixing, then the abutting plate is pushed to be separated from the screw, the screw and the nut are connected through the electric drill, and the full-welded hanging lug and the turn buckle are connected as well, so that the problems that the full-welded hanging lug and the turn buckle are difficult to quickly connect; and the problem that the nut falls off is avoided.
