The surface cover is composed of a frame and a transparent plate, an upper section bar is arranged on the upper side of the frame, and a groove is formed in the transverse side face of the upper section bar. A mounting groove is formed in the outer side of the keel frame; the surface cover is provided with at least two damping hinges. The damping hinge has the advantages that when the surface cover is closed, the closing speed can be reduced, and an operator is prevented from being hurt due to gravity. In addition, a hydraulic rod or other mechanical supporting rods designed in the box body are omitted, and the box body is prevented from being too heavy.
