The invention relates to a spiral soil-squeezing hole-forming sleeve follow-up concrete pouring pile-forming method which comprises the steps that 1, two sets of soil-squeezing power heads are installed on a spiral soil-squeezing filling machine, a drill bit is arranged at the bottom end of the first power head, the peripheral side of the first power head is sleeved with a second power head, and the second power head is connected with a sleeve; 2, a plurality of positioning blocks are placed in the sleeve in advance, and the positioning blocks at the bottom end protrude out of the inner wall of the sleeve; 3, a first power head is started for drilling, a second power head is started to rotate, and the casing pipe is driven to move into a drill hole; 4, a reinforcement cage is placed, and the bottom end of the reinforcement cage is clamped and matched with the positioning blocks; and 5, concrete is pumped in, when the height of the concrete reaches the top end of the sleeve, the sleeve is lifted, the positioning block is placed again, and the concrete is pumped in till the concrete submerges the reinforcement cage. The gap between the reinforcement cage and the sleeve is filled with the multiple positioning blocks, the end of the reinforcement cage is limited, and the reinforcement cage is located in the center of the sleeve.
