The invention relates to a spiral soil-squeezing hole-forming sleeve follow-up concrete pouring pile-forming method, which comprises the following steps of: after a spiral soil-squeezing pouring pile machine is in place, starting a first power head to rotate and drill downwards to form a hole, and then starting a second power head to drive a sleeve to rotate and drill downwards to form the hole; drilling is stopped until the casing pipe of the soil squeezing drill bit and the second power head drills to the designed depth; the connection between the second power head and the casing pipe is released, a concrete pump connected with the first power head is started, concrete is pumped into the drill hole, and meanwhile the first power head and the second power head are lifted upwards till the soil squeezing drill bit is completely lifted out of the casing pipe; the reinforcement cage is clamped into the positioning assembly through the locking assembly and then lowered to the preset height along the casing pipe, and concrete is pumped into the casing pipe till the designed pile top elevation is achieved; and the second power head and the casing pipe are reconnected through the locking assembly, the second power head is started to rotate and is lifted upwards until the casing pipe completely leaves the soil layer, and then a pile can be formed. According to the device, the reinforcement cage can be quickly and stably lowered.
