The invention discloses a device and method for long-distance large-gradient slope concrete warehousing, and the device mainly comprises a conveying trolley, a material receiving belt conveyor, a feeding belt conveyor, a stand column, a system traction device, a traction protection device, a rotation device and a material distribution machine. During conveying, discharging is conducted on a conveying trolley on a top platform through a dumper, the conveying trolley controls a hydraulic arc door to feed materials to a material receiving belt, finally, the materials are fed to all parts of a bin position through a material distributing machine, and the covering radius of the material distributing machine is 2-20 m. By means of the construction device and method, concrete warehousing of all parts of the long-distance large-gradient slope can be met and completed, and the construction device and method have the advantages of being high in quality control and construction strength.
一种用于长距离大坡度斜面混凝土入仓的装置及方法，主要由输送小车、接料皮带机、上料皮带机、立柱、系统牵引装置、牵引保护装置、回转装置、布料机组成，移动上通过在安全保护部件的保障下，采用支撑牵引装置移动输送系统各个部件，输送上通过自卸车在顶部平台上对输送小车下料，输送小车控制液压弧门给接料皮带送料，最后通过布料机给仓位的各个部位送料，布料机覆盖半径为2‑20米。采用该施工装置及方法可以满足并完成对长距离大坡度斜面各个部位的混凝土入仓，有质量控制和施工强度高的特点。
