The invention relates to a construction method for connecting a newly-built cable trench and an existing pipe gallery. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a cable trench connecting position structure is constructed; 2, constructing a water collecting well; step 3, cable trench waterproof detail construction; fourthly, backfilling construction is conducted on the connecting sections; the connecting sections are backfilled with building material stone powder or pseudo-ginseng lime soil; 5, the existing pipe gallery is constructed; after the built pipe gallery is excavated, a steel edge rubber water stop belt is manually cleaned, a bottom plate is cleaned to the position 300 mm below the water stop belt, and after it is guaranteed that the bearing capacity of a base is qualified, waterproof sleeve assemblies start to be embedded in the position 300 mm above the bottom plate and the side wall in a pouring mode, and secondary pouring is conducted to a top plate. A plurality of waterproof modes such as an inverted siphon structure, a waterproof sleeve assembly, a cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof coating and a middle-buried water stop belt are combined for application according to the design of the joint of the cable trench and the existing pipe gallery, and the design concept of'dredging combination 'in underground waterproof engineering is highlighted.
本发明涉及一种新建电缆沟与既有管廊连接的施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:电缆沟连接处结构施工;步骤二:集水井施工;步骤三:电缆沟防水细部施工;步骤四:连接段回填施工;将连接段采用建筑材料石粉回填,或是采用三七灰土进行回填;步骤五:既有管廊的施工;将已建管廊进行开挖后人工清理出钢边橡胶止水带,底板处清理至止水带以下300mm,保证基底承载力合格后,浇筑底板及侧墙以上300mm位置开始预埋防水套管组件,二次浇筑至顶板。本发明针对电缆沟与既有管廊的连接处设计采用了倒虹吸结构、防水套管组件、水泥基渗透结晶防水涂料、中埋式止水带等多种防水方式结合应用,突出了在地下防水工程中“疏导结合”的设计理念。
