The invention discloses a construction technology for connecting a newly-built underground passage and an existing underground structure, and relates to the technical field of municipal construction. According to the construction technology, an internal structure part of a connecting passage is built back, an externally-expanded force transmission belt is constructed at the joint of the connecting passage and an existing sunken plaza, and the externally-expanded force transmission belt is reliably connected with a side wall of an existing sunken plaza structure in a steel bar planting mode; after concrete of the internal structure part of the connecting passage which is constructed in advance reaches the design strength, a hole is opened and the side wall of the existing sunken plaza structure in the area corresponding to the joint is chiseled away; during chiseling, part of side wall steel bars are reserved and anchored into newly-made frame beams and columns, and it is guaranteed that the newly-made frame beams and columns are reliably connected with the side wall of the existing sunken plaza structure. The externally-expanded force transmission belt which is constructed in advance can resist outside water and soil pressure and ground overload for the existing structure after hole opening and chiseling, meanwhile, a certain waterproof protection effect can be provided for connector construction, and finally the purpose of guaranteeing project safety construction is achieved.
