本发明公开了一种大体积混凝土施工方法,其包括如下步骤:S1、混凝土拌合物的制备:将水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉、碎石、砂子、水和缓凝型外加剂混合搅拌,即得混凝土拌合物;S2、浇筑:采用梯度性分层连续浇筑;安装外模板,内模板与混凝土逐层交替上升连续浇筑混凝土拌合物;S3、凝结和养护;所述分层连续浇筑中每层加入的缓凝型外加剂的凝结时间从8h至12h逐渐增大。本发明一方面采用梯度性分层连续浇筑的方法,既降低大体积结构内部温度峰值,减小开裂风险,又提高了施工效率;另一方面实现各层混凝土连续浇筑,不出现冷缝,降低开裂风险,保障工程质量。
